Last year, there were 1,523 crashes in Kansas construction zones. Every crash risks the safety and the lives of the driver, their passengers, and the workers in the construction zone. As we kick off National Work Zone Awareness Week, let's take a minute to slow down and ditch the distractions so that everyone on Kansas roads can go home safely to their families.
