Basic construction and facility maintenance knowledge is helpful but not necessary. Pay will be competitive and based on your knowledge, drive and motivation.
Full and part time positions are available.

General Maintenance and repair. Must have basic knowledge of residential and commercial processes. Knowledge of plumbing, electric, interior and exterior repairs is helpful. Must be willing to learn all aspects of the trade. A drivers license is necessary and must be trusted to operate independently. This is a full time position with paid time off and bonus potential.
