For 23 years, Bartlett & West has partnered with Tripp County Water User District to support the growth and reliability of its water system across south-central South Dakota.

Over the years, we've worked alongside the District on multiple system improvements, helping expand water capacity, improve distribution and enhance storage to meet the needs of a growing service area. From new wells and storage facilities to more than 50 miles of pipeline improvements, these projects help ensure reliable water service for the communities the District serves.

Over the next few weeks we will highlight a few of these important projects.

Bartlett & West was nominated for Bismarck Mandan Chamber EDC Large Business of the Year award. Bartlett & West's Wellbeing Committee held a "Steps and Stories" challenge for employee-owners in September. We had the choice of challenging ourselves to 10,000 steps or 60 minutes of reading a day (90 minutes if we took the audiobook route).

Employee-owners were on teams and had daily check-ins to keep ourselves accountable. Along the way, we shared photos of our walks or reads (including some incredibly cozy looking reading nooks).

Todd Ziegler joined Bartlett & West as a senior project manager on the company’s transportation team, supporting the continued growth of Bartlett & West’s Florida transportation practice.

Ziegler has managed and supported a wide variety of transportation projects, including roadway resurfacing and rehabilitation, intersection improvements, pedestrian and bicycle facilities, roundabouts, safety improvements, design-build projects and rail coordination. His experience includes projects for multiple Florida Department of Transportation districts as well as counties and municipalities throughout the state.
