• Administrative support for our finance and office team

Some people manage a drafting department.

Some people build a drafting department.

For the last two years, Jesse Broxterman has done both.

He's helped streamline workflows, improve efficiency, strengthen communication, and create a team culture that makes our Drafting Department one of the strongest parts of our operation.

And somehow, when he's not doing that, he's also running Goats To Go Grazing.

So if anyone has earned the title of G.O.A.T. around here, it might be Jesse.

Today we’re celebrating Erick Carrithers and his 2-year anniversary with Harris Fabrication. Erick is a valued part of our north shop weld team and represents the kind of work ethic every shop depends on — dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.

He’s the type of welder who takes pride in his craft and lets the work speak for itself. Those quiet professionals who show up every day and deliver are a huge part of what keeps Harris moving forward.

A big shoutout to Joe Strube and Mikkel McGinnis on their 1-year anniversaries with Harris Fabrication this week. 📣

Joe started with us on the laser back in our earlier days and now plays an important role in our drafting department as a programmer. His ability to adapt, grow, and take on new challenges has made him a valuable part of our operation.

Mikkel has spent the last year proving himself on our weld team through hard work, consistency, and a team-first mindset. As one of the younger welders on our crew, he’s earned respect by locking in and carrying himself like a seasoned professional.

One year down, and we’re glad to have both of these guys helping drive Harris forward. Thanks for everything you do, fellas! 👏
