• Wafer Cassettes – Made from Polypropylene, we offer cassettes from 50.8mm up to and including 300mm single wafer carriers as well as 25 slot cassettes.
• Silicon Carbide – 50.8 and 100mm diameter substrates are available for sale.
• Processing Services – Oxidation, Nitrides, Metallization, CVD films and more services are offered to provide one stop shopping needs.
• Sputtering Targets – Targets that are made in a wide variety of metals
• Metal granules, pellets and slugs – Aluminum, Titanium and other metals that can be made in certain sizes.
