Any drawings requiring architectural or structural design and certification (stamping) must be reviewed by a certified licensed individual or organization. NCMA CAD Serices is responsible for corrodinating with the Architect or Engineer of record as required in order to perform a service to the Client or Owner on an as needed basis, because of this you’re not paying principal rates which is more economical for your project. All services of this nature shall be quoted independently of the actual drafting services and will be billed accordingly.
