Here's an up date on the house we are doing in Austinville IA. We have straighten the floors in the basement and the house is now completely gutted and part of the foundation is getting fixed next week. We have to remove the south outside wall after basement is fixed due to the fact that it has rotted off the sill plate and dropped 3-4 inches and has lots of water damage. We removed the front porch to repair the south wall and put in the new front door. We also removed the chimney. I’ll post some pic of the stuff we have done and more to come later
