Our ESOP Team recently hosted our 3rd Annual Co****le Tournament! 🌽🎉

Earlier this month, we celebrated the retirement of our dedicated Building Maintenance Group Leader, Bill Gelet, after more than 36 years of service.

Over the years, he became the go-to person for keeping our facility running smoothly, knowing our buildings inside and out and always finding solutions to any challenge.

Earlier this year, Dylan Lee and Myles Smith competed in the Pittsburgh Chapter NTMA Apprenticeship Competition. The competition consisted of a written exam and two machining challenges—one on a manual lathe and the other on a manual mill.

Last week, at the Pittsburgh Chapter NTMA Apprentice Graduation, Dylan Lee was recognized as the winner of the 2026 Apprenticeship Competition, competing against seven other apprentices from across the Pittsburgh region. In addition to earning the title of Best Metalworking Apprentice, Dylan was awarded a Gerstner & Sons Golden Oak Style Classic Chest.

We are incredibly proud of Dylan's hard work, dedication, and achievement. Congratulations on this well-deserved honor!
