We specialize in high end custom homes, new build and remodels, so we need a Carpenter with experience who loves thinking outside the box and wowing clients. Tasks:

Typical job site takes for Skilled Carpenters include:

Read and build off prepared drawings for framing, trim, siding, cabinetry, flooring and other construction projects on-site
Frame room additions
Select and evaluate materials for defects
Install molding, cabinets, counters
Follow all code requirements for each phase of building
Work Schedule:

Full time, Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm.

Our company is looking for two home remodeling/decking/small repair technicians to join our Home Services team. We are expanding our home services team, which provides everything from small repairs, up to substantial remodels of existing homes.

We are looking for someone who can think outside the box and work to create quality and wow our clients. We are looking for people with a strong work ethic, good teamwork and communication skills and a willingness to learn this special trade. We are seeking people who can take pride in their workmanship and in themselves. We will train people with the right attitude and abilities! Tasks:

Small home repairs, framing, decking installations, door and window installations, and other small-medium construction projects on-site (including subcontracted work)
Interior and exterior painting, staining
Siding, fascia, soffit
Basic knowledge of materials and ability to evaluate materials for defects
Use basic knowledge of general carpentry practices.
