Shovels in the sand. Smiles by the river.
Roy’s next chapter is here. 💙

We were proud to join the Roy’s family and the Steinhatchee community for the groundbreaking at Roy’s Restaurant!

From joining hands to the countdown and cheers as the shovels turned, this was a day worth celebrating.

Gray Construction Services is honored to help bring Roy’s back.

Thank you to everyone who came out to share the moment.

What’s your favorite Roy’s memory? We’d love to hear it in the comments.

The ribbon is cut in Lecanto! ✂️

Congratulations to Florida Credit Union on its new branch at 1586 N. Lecanto Highway!

We enjoyed celebrating the September 22 ribbon cutting with the FCU team and the Citrus County community. It’s a proud moment for everyone at Gray Construction Services who helped bring this project together.

Thanks to FCU for trusting us with the build, and to our crew and trade partners for all their hard work. We’re excited to see this branch serving the community!

A new home for those who answer the call. 🚒

We’re proud to show you around the recently completed Fire Station 3 in Old Town!

Built for the Dixie County Board of County Commissioners, this 7,294-square-foot station includes three engine bays, five firefighter quarters, and spaces for the crew to cook, gather, and recharge between calls.

Behind every bay door are people our community counts on. It’s an honor for Gray Construction Services to have helped create a place that supports them.

Thank you to Dixie County and everyone who helped bring this project to life.

From an empty gathering space to a room full of neighbors. That's a milestone worth celebrating! ✂️🎉

On September 2, Gray Construction Services joined the celebration at the new UF/IFAS Extension Gilchrist County Agriculture Extension Office.

We loved seeing this project come to life—from the final stages of construction to ribbon-cutting day. Now it has a new chapter ahead: supporting local agriculture, caring for natural resources, bringing the community together, and helping young people grow through 4-H.

Congratulations to the UF/IFAS Extension Gilchrist County team, and thank you to everyone who helped make this possible. We're proud to have played a part!

Take a look back with us—from near completion to opening day. 💚

Steinhatchee, the wait is finally over:
Roy’s rebuild is underway! 💙

Hurricane Helene may have taken the building, but it could not take more than 55 years of memories, traditions, and community spirit from the banks of the Steinhatchee River.

After a long road of planning and approvals, work has begun, and Gray Construction Services could not be more honored to help bring this beloved landmark back.

There is a lot of building ahead, but today is a day worth celebrating. Roy's Restaurant is rising again, and we are proud to be part of the comeback.

What is your favorite Roy’s memory? Share it with us below.

What a great day in Chiefland! 🎉✂️

Gray Construction Services was proud to celebrate the ribbon cutting of Barwick Banking Company’s Chiefland location today. It’s rewarding to see this project filled with employees, customers, and community members, and ready for the next chapter.

Congratulations to the Barwick Banking Company team, and thank you to everyone who helped bring this space to life!

Day two at the Stand Up Rural America Summit in Lake City.

The best part of a room like this is how practical the conversation is. Nobody's talking in abstractions, they're talking about the specific building, the specific site, the specific funding window.

Thanks to Columbia County Economic Development and the Stand Up Rural America team for putting this together.

Our table is open the rest of the summit — come by.

We're set up and ready to go! 👋

The Stand Up Rural America Summit starts today at Florida Gateway College in Lake City, and Gray Construction Services has a booth through Thursday.

Folks are here from all over the country to talk about what it takes to help small towns grow... and honestly, that's a conversation we've been part of for 20+ years. Fort White Elementary. Fort White High School's auditorium. Williston Regional Airport. Taylor County Community Bank. The STEM building right here on the FGC campus.

If you're at the summit this week, come find our table and say hey. We'd love to hear what your community is working on.

Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸🎆

Today, America turns 250, and we're celebrating a big milestone of our own: Gray Construction Services is 25 years old! 🎉

For 25 years, we've been proud to build the commercial, institutional, industrial, and infrastructure projects that help our communities grow. None of it would be possible without our hardworking crews, our trusted partners, and you, the clients and neighbors who've been with us every step of the way.

So today we're celebrating two things: the country we love, and 25 years of helping build it a little stronger. 🇺🇸

Thank you for 25 incredible years. Here's to the next chapter!

From all of us at Gray Construction Services, have a safe and happy Independence Day. ❤️
