All – In September, we plan to increase production from 25 to 30 trailers per day. We’ve had a great response to our recent postings. We are still in need of a few day shift and night shift assemblers. We are also hiring for maintenance and material handlers.

Assemblers use hand tools, power tools and machinery to build trailers.

Material Handlers are responsible for safely an efficiently managing materials in our facility. This is a receiving and material movement role, not a shipping role.

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for all preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.

- Hours –

Day Shift - Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Night Shift - Monday through Thursday 5:00 PM to 3:30AM

- Compensation Includes –

Base Pay
Weekly Attendance Bonus ($3/Hour)
Monthly Quality Bonus (Averages Between $100 and $250)
90 and 180 Day Retention Bonuses ($200 each)
Quarterly Pay Increases (25 Cents/Hour - NO TOP OUT!)

All - We are hiring for a day shift mig welder.

Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

We offer base pay, weekly attendance bonus and monthly quality bonus.

90 and 180-day retention bonuses of $200.

Quarterly pay increases of 25 cents-per-quarter with no cap.

Medical/Dental/Vision cost of $20.35/week.

10 days vacation

What shifts are available? Do you work overtime?

We operate on a two-shift schedule, both working Monday through Thursday.

Day shift is Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Night shift is Monday through Thursday 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM

We are not currently working overtime but this may change as we increase our daily production goal. We are currently producing 25 trailers per day and plan to increase this number to 35 by September.

The compensation for newly hired hourly employees includes:

Hourly Base Rate
Weekly Attendance Bonus

Retention Bonuses at 90 and 180 Days

Benefits Include:

Medical/Dental/Vision ($20.35/week... This rate has not increased in over 10 years!)
