What shifts are available? Do you work overtime?

We operate on a two-shift schedule, both working Monday through Thursday.

Day shift is Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Night shift is Monday through Thursday 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM

We are not currently working overtime but this may change as we increase our daily production goal. We are currently producing 25 trailers per day and plan to increase this number to 35 by September.

What's the compensation/benefits for entry-level assemblers?

The compensation for newly hired hourly employees includes:

Hourly Base Rate
Weekly Attendance Bonus
Monthly Quality Bonus
Retention Bonuses at 90 and 180 Days
Quarterly Pay Increases

Benefits Include:

10 Days Vacation/Year
Holiday Pay
Medical/Dental/Vision ($20.35/week... This rate has not increased in over 10 years!)

Open interviews are held Monday through Friday from 9:15 AM to 11:00 AM. Please note that we will be closed on Memorial Day.

'Why are we hiring so many people?'

Good question.

We are currently building 25 trailers/day, but demand is increasing. By September we will be building 35 trailers/day. We are hiring to meet this demand. Business is good.
