Good morning, everyone! I hope everyone is staying safe and warm. With the amount of snow and cold, be sure to leave faucets at a slow, steady stream, just over dripping. Also, with so many having high-efficiency furnaces, most are vented out the side of the house. Be sure to check that snow or ice isn't blocking the vents. This could affect the furnace and cause CO2 to come back into the house. If you have to use space heaters, make sure they are clear of anything at least 2 feet around the area.

First hose spigot to bite the ice!

The weather is taking a turn, with snowfall and sub-zero temperatures coming. If you have not removed hoses from hose spigots or changed furnace filters, now is the time! With sub-zero temperatures, it is possible for water lines to freeze inside. Open cabinet doors under sinks and leave cold water dripping to help prevent freezing.

Kitchen is now complete

We have been getting it done. House had caught on fire so stripped it to studs removed load bearing walls reconfigured some spaces. New everything electric, hvac, plumbing. Waiting on countertops and backsplash to come in. 4 bed 2.5 bath wide open layout will be hitting the market soon if anyone is looking just message me Wasserman rd area badin school district.
