From Eye Physician to Concrete PM
Meet Caelan, a Project Manager on Silverback’s team supporting our data center campus in Oklahoma.
In his role, he serves as the on-site face, eyes, and ears for project management: coordinating between trades, ensuring materials are in place, and helping set up a clear path for success for our crews.
Caelan spent 10 years in the medical field and has degrees in Biology and Medical Science. Keen strength in time management and able to juggle multiple priorities throughout the day.
His path to Silverback came during a season of reflection and change, after countless nights of prayer, conversations with family, and realizing it was time for something new. His first call was to Frank Stankunas, and after a short conversation—“Send your resume to Tyler. We’ll find a place for you at Silverback.” The rest is history. What stands out most to him is the people and culture: “Everyone at Silverback, from top to bottom, is so willing to help, teach, and foster growth. Team success means individual success.”
