Meet Adam – Plant Manager for the on-site plant on our data center campus in Oklahoma!

With nearly 20 years of experience in the concrete industry, Adam has done it all—driving trucks, batching concrete, turning wrenches, managing plants, and leading large-scale projects. His hands-on experience and leadership have been built from the ground up, giving him a deep understanding of every part of the operation.

Adam believes that a strong team is the foundation of success. His leadership philosophy is simple: the people around you make you better, and you make them better. That mindset, combined with his strong work ethic, makes him a great fit for the Silverback culture.

Relocating from Arizona to Oklahoma was a decision made with faith and many family conversations, and we’re grateful he chose to make that journey with us.
