Trinidad Model Rocket Club is having a rocket launch at the ballpark on July 4th. We teamed up with the Triggers and found a time and place to launch rockets. If you have a model rocket bring it and I will furnish the rocket engine to fly it. We will have a great launch, weather permitting. Trinidad Model Rocket Club summer classes starts tomorrow, Tuesday, June 14 at 3:00pm - 5:00pm at the Community Center. The classes will be all summer long every Tuesday, come join the fun at any time. and come join Cloud in building your own design rocket and then fly it at the in of the summer. Trinidad Model Rocket Club is in need of shoe boxes the rocketeers can use to help them build and store their rockets. Please bring them by the Community Center. Classes start on March 16th at 4:15pm after school and last until 6:15pm.

Where are the Trinidad Model rocketeers, Let's go and be in the parade!!!

New Parade in Trinidad!!! The 2022 Trinidad St, Patrick's Day Parade to be on March 12th at 12:00 noon. Come be in the parade or come to watch it, it will be fun!!!! There is a Parade contest of the most outrages person, group, car or float ( theme is GREEN ) in the parade. $25.00 enter fee Top prize of $100.00, Judges are local kids from Trinidad. It makes me mad that the Youth Club of Trinidad would throw away the kids model rockets and not give them to the kids that spent a lot of time making them. Plus the money it cost to buy them for the kids that came from grants that the Trinidad Model Rocket Club got. The kids spent a lot of time putting them together, sanding them over and over and painting them with lots of colors. I talked to Bruno, one of my rocketeers, and he had finished building a two stage model rocket last summer that he put a lot of time in and it had cost the Trinidad Model Rocket Club $35.00 to buy, is gone without a sign of it around. Most likely thrown away with the rest of the rockets the kids made. I will be back with more model rockets for my rocketeers and this time they can keep them. I will be starting a class this spring.. I am also looking for donations to buy more model rockets for the kids of Trinidad that like to build Model Rockets!! One more thing. The Youth Club of Trinidad lied and told the kids that I took all of their rockets and kept them which I did not! I will never have anything to do with YCT ever again.
