Time to get after it!

It was a great day at the groundbreaking for Innovated Technologies. We celebrated this exciting project being put into action, a new industrial facility for their operations and office.

Brian Preston, owner of Innovated Technologies shared a few words about his excitement, gratitude to his team, and opportunity for growth.

Innovated Technologies specializes in Industrial Automation, Machine Build, Robotic Weld and Material Handling Cells, Panel Build and Traceability systems. They will be moving into this building in Spring, '27.

We are looking forward to seeing the development!

Congratulations to Chris Thornburg, our August Player of the Month!

Although Chris hasn’t been here long (6 Months), he’s making a cannon ball entrance! Chris has brought years of experience to the table along with a flexible, can-do attitude!

While Chris was originally on-boarded as a Superintendent, he filled an important role in Precon for a short time, then rose to the occasion as a client lead with Wayne Hospital. Currently, Chris is working to kick off Innovated Technologies with Kent Moneysmith.

In addition to the tactical approach, Chris also does things with his own unique style and personality…always with a smile! Congratulations, Chris. Thanks for bringing your best self every day and positively impacting those people around you. Well done. This is the very example of Level MB Culture & People.

Recently, we had the opportunity to celebrate those values in action alongside some incredible community partners: Dayton Christian School, Strategic Ohio Council for Higher Education - SOCHE, and Trades For Life Foundation.

Together, these organizations are supporting workforce development through a collaborative hiring opportunity Dayton Christian School senior, Collin May. He worked with our crew on our job site at Dayton Christian School. He helped renovate the classrooms that he and his classmates will be using this school year!
