Trojan Energy Systems, in partnership with Campito Plumbing & Heating, recently completed the installation of two new Fulton Endura XE boilers at Momentive in Niskayuna, replacing the facility’s existing Fulton Pulse boilers.

The upgrade provides the customer with Fulton’s advanced Flame by Wire® technology, featuring electronic air-fuel ratio combustion control and an integrated O₂ compensation system. This state-of-the-art platform replaces traditional pneumatic and mechanical linkage systems with independently controlled electronic air and gas valves, delivering precise combustion management across the entire firing range.

Installed as a standard feature on all Endura XE boilers, this innovative technology dramatically improves combustion efficiency, optimizes performance, enhances reliability, and helps maximize energy savings for the facility.

Trojan Energy’s factory-trained technicians recently completed work on the Autoflame MK8 linkageless combustion control system at Delaware Academy. This state-of-the-art system was carefully commissioned to ensure seamless integration with the building management system (BMS), delivering precise control, improved efficiency, and reliable boiler operation.

The Autoflame system was installed as part of a comprehensive upgrade package that also included De Dietrich Eutectic cast iron sectional boilers and Power Flame high turndown burners. The installation was successfully carried out by T. McElligott Inc., Mechanical Contractors, during the summer of 2025, resulting in a modernized, high-performance heating system designed for optimal efficiency and long-term reliability.
