This kitchen is a show stopper! Homeowner is amazing at decorating and choosing the final touches! Let's get straight into the details on this one...

First off, we cut out and extended the wall into the dining room with a new header to allow for pantry and fridge. Also, at the pantry, we removed 2 walls and added the angled wall. Main cabinets are Shiloh painted maple in Beige color. Island cabinets are Shiloh white oak in Almond color. Pantry cabinets are Shiloh painted maple in Evergreen Fog color. The range hood and the 4 floating shelves are Shiloh white oak in the Almond color to match the island. Countertops are Calacatta Elysio in quartz material. Backsplash is Southampton Satin Cream 2"x8" with Trimi Clara 1/2"x12" Matte Ivory porcelain round trim edges. Amerock Destine BP36902BBZ golden champagne pulls with Amerock Coble BP37660BBZ golden champagne k***s. Blanco IKON 33" double basin granite composite sink in soft white with Delta Rhett Pro commercial faucet in champagne bronze color. Delta classic champagne bronze soap dispenser. InSinkErator quiet series garbage disposal with champagne bronze vacuum button. Z-Line stainless steel appliances with champagne bronze handles and accents. Fridge RSMZ-W-36-CB

All new electrical and lightning. Island light is Kelbe 3-light modern lineal chandelier in copper finish. Light above sink is Dorinda sconce in brushed champagne bronze with opal glass. New pantry door is a 6-lite modern solid core painted to match the main cabinets. Installed new matching baseboards, casings and backband.

Don't scroll by this one!!!

Talk about a front door! Well, what we have here is a BMT-404-113-1 Belleville Mahogany textured fiberglass door with composite edge. Glass is in the double water series with SDL 6-lite pattern and ball bearing hinges. Attached is 2-12" BMT-450-113-1 side lites in the double water series glass with SDL 3-lite pattern. Clear transom above with Low-E glass. Composite jambs and brick mould. Factory finished black exterior with custom matched stained interior. And finished it off with Schlage Century handleset and Eufy smart keypad lock.

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE...

We also replaced their back french patio door. The new door is a BLS-PF-122-101B-LE Belleville smooth fiberglass composite edge door with grids between the glass and Low-E. Black ball bearing hinges, composite jamb and brick mould. Factory finished Black exterior and interior. Dual sliding screens and the Endura Ultimate flip lever astragal. Also finished this one off with the Schlage Century handleset and Eufy smart keypad lock.

We also replaced all their exterior lights! Thanks to Frank Church. Thank you so much to my customer for the business and look forward to more projects with you!!

This customer in Troy had a leak from their old rubber roof which caused damage on the roof and the wood soffit below. All new 60mil rubber on top now, and a new piece of soffit ready for the painter!

These custom built-in's turned out absolutely amazing! Customer knew exactly what they wanted from the beginning and we brought that to life. Custom built cabinets with doors and shelves. All wood is by Shiloh Cabinetry, White Oak Yosemite Brown color, which includes countertops, mantle and floating shelves. New lighting above floating shelves added with a dimmer. Love, love, love!!! Patio door replacement in Troy. Updated this opening with an 8' wide Pella 150 Series white sliding patio door. Let me tell you...8' patio doors are not light! 💪 Another satisfied customer!

Bathroom remodel in Piqua for a repeat customer. Can't take credit for all this one...Mrs. Homeowner did a lot of the work behind the scenes and did a great job! But let's get onto the details!

Signature Hardware Sitka 60x32 tub with tile surround. Carrara white marble look porcelain for the walls with Azila matte black & white porcelain encoustic 8"×8" for the back of the niche. Moen Genta tub/shower faucet with Moen Magnetix shower head/sprayer. LifeProof Overlook Slate 22mil LVP flooring in the 18.5"×37" size. Rawsonville 49" Steel Blue vanity with white quartz top and backsplash. Moen Genta widespread black vanity faucet. New exhaust fan/light combo by ReVent. They used their existing mirror and vanity lights.

My hiding spot/office is out! I truly love working on my quotes here at Purebred. From day to day the coffee tastes exactly the same and I highly recommend their chocolate chip cookies! I absolutely love how this bathroom turned out for our repeat customer! Just waiting on the custom sliding shower door to be made and installed. However, for now, here are the finishes for this project.

J&K S8 white cabinets with quartz Viatera Rococo double vanity top and white rectangular sinks with Moen Rinza vanity faucets in brushed nickel. Signature Hardware Sitka 60x32 tub with Moen Rinza tub/shower faucet in brushed nickel. Tile on tub walls is Carrara Gris Porcelain glass 12x24. The niche and horizontal accent tile is Key Largo glass mix stria all with DC Ardex FL43 Battleship. Floor tile is Walden Stone Grey in 12x24 with DC Ardex FL45 Gunmetal. Wall sconces are by XiNBEi model -W1185-BN with opal cylinder glass. Style Selections model #1066-SIL-2331 vanity mirrors. Sherwin-Williams Emerald Satin 9558 Castlegate. Panasonic RG-R811A exhaust fan, Moen Rinza brushed nickel toilet paper holder, towel bar and towel rings. All new baseboards and casing with a new Schlage Latitude door handle. We also installed a Whirlpool model -DWHBB whole home water filter.

Well, here they are, the pictures of the last unit from the 3-unit home we were able to remodel. Listed are some of the details and thank you for checking these out!

Aspect Cabinetry in Dark Azure color with quartz Viatera Minuet. Stainless steel sink with chrome Moen 7185C faucet. Frigidaire appliances with a Winflo 200cfm stainless steel range hood. We exposed the brick behind the range and finished off the kitchen with 3x6 white subway tile. In the bathroom we installed a Sterling 60x34 shower kit with a chrome Moen T2152 shower trim. Cultured marble white on white vanity top with a chrome Moen 6600 vanity faucet. American Standard tall elongated toilet with soft close. All new exterior doors and 2-panel interior doors with Schlage Latitude levers in black finish. All new base along with all new door and window trim. Flooring in bathroom and laundry room are Pergo Rome Marble 22mil in 12x24. All other areas are new stained hardwood floors.
