⚡ Is everything clearly labeled?
⚡ Do you know where the main breaker is?
⚡ Do you know which breaker controls your kitchen? Bedroom? Garage?

You don't want the first time you really study your electrical panel to be while standing in the dark with your phone flashlight at 11 PM.

It does NOT tell you how healthy your HVAC system is. 😅

Hopefully, before you moved into your new home, you found out:

🌡️ How old is the HVAC system?
🗓️ When was it last serviced?

Now look for:

🧼 What size filter does it take?
📍 Where is the filter actually located?

Write it down. Take a picture. Put the filter size in your phone.

Because standing in the filter aisle at the hardware store thinking...

“Was it 16x20? Or 20x25?”
..is basically a homeowner rite of passage. 😂
