Welcome back to the team, Kaitlyn Barr!

Kaitlyn is rejoining us as an engineering intern. In her previous time with the team, she supported engineering documentation, including proofreading cutsheets, reviewing drawings, and coordinating with external partners to help keep project information accurate and up to date.

She is currently pursuing a degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

We’re excited to have her back and look forward to what she will contribute in this next chapter.

This is the front door of the Building Automation System (BAS) our Syenergy Engineering team built for Woodhaven Brownstown School District in Reflow. Active alarms, current weather and forecast, a live site map, and one-click access to every building in the district, all consolidated into a single landing page.

When a facilities team manages a dozen buildings, the worst thing you can do is make them dig. Start with the whole portfolio, drill down only when needed.

These visits are an important opportunity to connect, share insights on the future of the industry, and highlight the tremendous impact our skilled union workforce has on our operations and continued growth.

⚾ Last week, we celebrated a perfect day at Comerica Park as the Detroit Tigers took on the Los Angeles Angels.

It was a wonderful way to step away from the office for an offsite team-building event to celebrate the collaboration between purchasing, logistics, supply chain, and the many teams that support purchasing and keep operations moving forward.

Great baseball, great company, and a great way to step away from the office.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of attending the 24th Annual Karolak Cup Golf Outing hosted by the Mechanical Contractors Association of Detroit (MCA Detroit).

The event brought together industry professionals for a day of golf, networking, and fellowship, creating valuable opportunities to strengthen relationships throughout our industry.
