We provide structural design for new and existing buildings, bridges, piers, ski area apparatus, as well as many other structures. We also provide structural consulting and investigat

ions for a wide range of structural concerns, including forensic and expert witness services. We are also highly experienced in the field of historic preservation. We provide consulting to the treehouse industry as well as for ziplines and challenge courses. Linchpin has licenses in California, Nevada, Utah, Hawaii, and Washington. Our staff is registered with the NCEES records program, enabling us to obtain licensure in any state with little notice.
