Our commercial HVAC company seeks senior level techs for hire for our Southern Arizona region.

We need vetted techs who are reliable, produce quality work and have an inclination to properly service in the field. Our current team is a highly experienced tight knit group that depend on each teammate to do their job accurately.

We screen for the right fit through your first point of contact in our admin department. But ultimately the next communication will be with a seasoned technician to get a true understanding of your abilities in the field.

Standard qualifications below, but willing to pay more for 8 years of experience+

Qualifications

5 or more years work experience as a Commercial HVAC Tech

Clean driving record & Valid driver's license

Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Computer literate with email capability, MS Office/Google Suite, phone application abilities and related business and communication tools

Responsibilities

Visit our clients' businesses to troubleshoot, diagnose, install, and repair their heating and cooling systems

Complete commercial HVAC work & repair orders in a timely fashion

Estimate time & extent of repairs

Perform routine preventive maintenance

Maintain material & supply inventory

No upsell requirement
