☀️From an uneven, deteriorating, and falling skip trowel finish coat to a strong and even finish! This entire rear wall had stucco chipping and falling off most likely due to the other stucco contractor not using the proper measurements for the stucco mix, uncured brown coat at time of finish coat application, no bonding agent being used, etc. Our team completed this project with these easy steps; Scrape old texture and high spots, Skim coat entire wall to level and expose aggregate for new texture, apply a new skip trowel texture evenly with the proper bonding agent to ensure a long lasting finish coat!☀️ Call us for all your Lath & Stucco needs today!
