Most bathroom remodels don’t need a full set of plans. But if we’re moving plumbing or walls, that’s a different story.
That’s when we need a permit, and that means bringing in a drafter. Most have a minimum, ours is $3,000. It’s not just for the permit either, it means you get to see exactly what your finished bathroom will look like before we ever touch a wall.
Don’t need a drafter? We still do a 3D rendering for a minimum of $500, and if you move forward after seeing it, that $500 rolls right into the project.

This shower in the Blenman-Elm neighborhood, just minutes from the U of A, had a real problem. The old shower pan was cracking and mold had worked its way in. It’s an old bathroom in a house the owner rents out to college students, small space, not much room to work with.
We tore it out, fixed the water damage at the source, waterproofed it the right way this time, and rebuilt it into a clean, modern shower that will actually hold up.
Small bathroom, same standard. Whether it’s a forever home or a rental, we do it right.

Today I had the opportunity to tour Stone Canyon in Oro Valley and visit a stunning $4.5 million custom home overlooking the Catalina Mountains and the Tucson valley.
One of my favorite parts of the day was seeing how the architecture, views, and natural desert landscape all worked together to create something truly unique.
While touring the Stone Canyon Club grounds, we also came across a petroglyph etched into the rock. A reminder of the rich history that exists alongside some of Southern Arizona’s most beautiful communities.
The day wrapped up with incredible views, a rooftop putting green, and the chance to connect with some great professionals in our local real estate community.
Grateful for opportunities like these to continue learning, building relationships, and seeing what makes Southern Arizona such a special place to call home.

Of all the callings God allows a man to carry out, I believe fatherhood is the greatest.
It has challenged me to become more patient, more loving, more disciplined, and more selfless than I ever thought possible.
I’m grateful for my son, Ryker, who teaches me every day what truly matters, and for my wife, who gave me the incredible gift of becoming a father.
Today, I also want to honor my father, my stepfather, my father-in-law, and all the men who quietly show up each day to lead, provide, teach, protect, and love their families.
What you do matters.
