💧Guaranteeing water reliability for southeast Tucson.

The Old Vail Reservoir project will deliver 6 million gallons of potable water storage capacity to meet peak demand, strengthen fire protection, and support projected growth through 2045.

Borderland is constructing two 3 million gallon reservoirs, new booster facilities, and critical support infrastructure to ensure long term system performance for the region. When the original concept did not align with operational requirements, our team partnered with Tucson Water and Trinity WestLand to leverage the CMAR delivery method to ensure the final solutions reflect Southern Arizona's unique water demands and long term sustainability goals.

At Borderland, safety begins with strong leadership and a shared commitment to getting everyone home safe. Our November 2025 Safety Meeting was a huge success and instrumental in preparing our team for a safe and productive year ahead.

We sincerely thank Captain Fernando Rodriguez with the Drexel Heights Fire District for taking the time to speak with our team about trench safety and for helping us continue to raise the standard. We also had a great time celebrating our crew with breakfast, a fun raffle, and prizes. 🎉
