The ideal candidate will be involved with accounts payable, and receivables, preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, conducting cyclical audits, and payroll. Moreover, the candidate must have strong organizational skills, and capacity to multi-task.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities including all accounting transactions relating to A/R, A/P, Collections, Financial Statement preparation, cash flows, and invoicing the client.
Payroll
Subcontractor and supplier pay applications and invoices
Manage tier vendor payment process (lien waivers and checks)
Subcontractor and supplier compliance management (W-9, insurance, waivers, certified payrolls, etc.).
AIA document preparation and issuance
QuickBooks Data Entry, bank, and credit card reconciliation
Qualifications
Experience:
QuickBooks: 2 years
Bookkeeping: 2 years
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Requirements:
A good attitude and the ability to work in a team environment
Dependability
Strong organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and demonstrated a sense of urgency
Critical thinking skills and ability to drive continuous improvement; Ability to think out of the box and improve processes that are broken
Construction industry experience preferred
