****30+ hours a week, weekly pay.

Responsibilities:

Completes set-up duties at the job site, covering items with sheeting and covering floors with drop cloths for interior jobs.
Prepares surfaces for painting, which includes repairing holes and cracks, sealing stains, and sanding surfaces for interior jobs or removing loose paint, scuff sanding areas, and caulking gaps to prevent water intrusion for exterior jobs.
Cleans up daily and after job is complete, which includes sweeping/vacuuming floors and carpets for interior jobs, removing paint chips or other debris for exterior jobs, and removing all job materials.
Inspects work to ensure that job is 100% complete at the highest quality before reviewing the project with the customer to ensure their complete satisfaction.
Understands and executes work orders in a timely and professional manner.
Maintains strict attention to detail when working at customer’s property.
Maintains clean, organized work areas, securely stores equipment and supplies by always respecting the clients and the clients' property.
Maintains positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members.
Work independently with little supervision.
Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
Qualifications:

Must have own transportation to and from work sites
Able to work long hours if needed
Able to travel if needed
Quality conscious and detail-oriented
Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools
Drywall experience is a plus
