A decent size backsplash done for a customer that wanted a new look to their kitchen. We ripped up some old wall paper they had and start setting this mesh tile in a herringbone offset. It was a nice touch to the kitchen that was going to eventually be painted also. To give it a nice finish around the edges and the window surround; We did add some natural stone liner trim pieces. 💯

A small bathroom floor done for a customer a while back. Something simple yet, looks good and will hold up for years to come. They had carpet and old tile to get rid of and replace it with this better more updated low maintenance floor. You always want this type or a material that will hold up against moisture. Especially in high humidity or wet areas. Tile, that includes ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone will always get the job done.

A remodel done back in the day 2020 for a friend of ours. She wanted more room for glam and a tub for soaking. This was a project in a Second Floor Master Bedroom. Usually, we convert tubs to showers. But we have no problem doing the vice versa. One of my first whole bathroom remodels. Didn’t have all the resources we do now, but definitely got the job done.!

Here, we removed her shower wall panels and pan to again install a new tub with a new sliding door. That also included new subway tile surround to the ceiling and a centered niche for shower essentials. To give it accent and match the bathroom floor we added a decorative strip accross the whole shower and niche. 💯 All prep work, demo and install was done by yours truly and the guys with LRTIR. That means we also did the plumbing, reframing and rebuild to make sure it is waterproof. 💯

The next part of this project was the actual bathroom floor. Again, the guys with LRTIR performed the demo, prep and install. After placing our cement boards, we covered the whole floor and closet with this Mexican look alike tile. Right on top of that we added taller baseboards with new corner pieces to finish off the floor. 💪🏼

Other work done here included, removing her closet door and reframing, to giving her a wider, doorless entry into her closet. We also, removed her 2 sink vanity and installed a single pedestal to make room for her make up desk set up. To finish up we also switched out a light fixture for better lighting.
We didn’t get to see it finished up with paint and all but the strong foundation was set. 💯💯💪🏼💪🏼
Thanks for trusting the work.

Another Throwback to 2020, and another Ansley ceramic tile install. We sure did lay alot of this wood plank tile down that year. At the same time, it does look nice and are nice sturdy tiles. Before we laid this nice looknlin floor down, we had to do some major prep. First, we had to fix all the fractures in the slab. Grind them down to level. Then, we had to skim coat some thinset with glue to make sure our tiles grab on to the black glue seen and also fill in the beat up floor. After that, the whole house floor was covered with this nice looking wood look ceramic. In a random offset, the customer was ready to put their house back together after we got out of there. Another satisfied customer. Let’s goo.!

A nice size project for a customer remodeling a whole house. We redid their whole floor with this light colored wood plank ceramic tile in a random offset. But first had to primer and skim coat the floor for a better grab. This project also included taking out an old tub. Got a new updated one installed, and did the whole 3 walls in a subway tile, surround to the ceiling. We didn’t get pictures of a backsplash done at this house as well. But, after this, the house was ready to proceed with the remodel. Lets go. Thanks for the business.

A floor, again had to be redone to get rid of old carpets. Something again, simple yet functional. Met new tile with existing house tile. Tile will always be less maintenance and more durable than most other floor coverings. Ceramic is not as hard as porcelain, but it’s still hard material. Ceramic is easier to work with and would be a more economical choice for a DIY or maybe a flip home. Porcelain tile is more water resistant, harder, which makes it more difficult to work with and pricey. But it also looks amazing and theres no comparison when it comes to low maintenance and style. Give us a call for quotes, questions, or concerns. We are here to help. Contact info in the bio. Don’t hesitate, let’s get your house a renewal, refresh.

A master bedroom and closet done for a customer. Got rid of some old carpet and played this 12x24 natural stone look gray porcelain in a 1/3rd brick stagger. We also added a small decorative transition strip at the entrance of the door; then, transitioned the existing and new tile with some Schluter T Type trim for a nice finish.
