CREW Tucson CREW Tucson is southern Arizona's CREW chapter - dedicated to advancing the success and development of women in commercial real estate.

CREW Tucson is a non-profit organization of commercial real estate professionals affiliated nationally through membership in CREW Network, providing opportunities for networking, education, leadership development and civic involvement CREW.Tucson promotes the highest standards of ethics and integrity and seeks to influence positively the direction of Tucson. CREW Tucson was formed in August, 2002 and has grown in a few years to over seventy members. Our members are from varied disciplines, including sales and leasing, property management, finance, appraisal, project development, investment, law, and consulting, title and property insurance, engineering and environmental services. We have monthly meetings on the third Thursday of the month -- luncheon meetings with top speakers are interspersed with field trips and social events. We are a chapter of the CREW Network which is the premier resource and referral network for the commercial real estate industry. The core purpose of CREW is to advance the success of women in commercial real estate.

Cynthia Valencia is a results-driven Senior Property Manager for Remedy Medical Properties, Inc., where she oversees a diverse portfolio of medical office buildings across Southern Arizona. Grounded in integrity and compassion, Cynthia leverages her extensive corporate expertise and hands-on approach to deliver exceptional value to her clients and investors. In addition to her corporate leadership, Cynthia is an active real estate entrepreneur, building and growing her own long-term rental business. ✨ Welcoming the next generation of commercial real estate professionals!

UCREW was proud to participate in the University of Arizona CAPLA Back-to-School Welcome Event for incoming real estate students, alongside CAPLA faculty, CCIM, and the Hogan School of Real Estate.

The event gave us the opportunity to introduce students to CREW Tucson, share ways they can get involved with UCREW, and connect with them during the networking portion of the program.

Holley Bakich, Rob Tomlinson, and Yanet Vega attended on behalf of the UCREW Committee and enjoyed meeting students who are beginning their journeys in real estate and the built environment.
