A. Bert Contracting is expanding our commercial division and looking for an experienced estimator who can:

• Read blueprints & spec books
• Perform roofing takeoffs (TPO, tile, coatings, modbit)
• Build competitive bids
• Submit through PlanHub / BuildingConnected
• Follow up aggressively and help WIN jobs

This is NOT entry-level sales.
We are not looking for door knockers.

This is for someone who understands commercial construction and can operate independently.

💰 Commission-Based Independent Contractor
• 10–20% of NET PROFIT
OR
• 3–5% of contract value
Paid when project funds.

Typical project size: $75K–$400K+

High earning potential for the right person.
