Come live in beautiful Tucson!! 🌵

👻 It’s officially spooky season… so let’s talk about what’s REALLY scary! 🎃

High utility bills. 💸
A home that isn’t energy efficient. 😱
And a house that wasn’t built with the way you actually LIVE in mind. 👀

Now that is a horror story we can do without!

At Meritage Homes , we believe your home should work for you — with energy-efficient features designed to help you live better, feel more comfortable, and potentially save on those monthly energy costs.

Because the only thing spooky about your Meritage home should be the Halloween decorations on your front porch. 🎃🏡

Skip the scary surprises. Come see what better-built living looks like!

‼️Watch until the end for a SPECIAL SURPRISE!! 😊

This weekend, my family and I decided it was time to check out the park at Mandarina! 🌳☀️

After all… who better to put it to the test than my 3.5-year-old? 😉 We had to let him be the official playground inspector, and after some serious testing, we can confidently say…

Mandarina gets an A+++! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was such a fun way to spend some family time while experiencing just one of the many things that makes this community so special. Beautiful surroundings, great amenities, and a place where families can get outside, play, and enjoy time together.

And if you know a 3.5-year-old, you know they don’t hand out A+++ ratings easily. 😂

If you haven’t checked out Mandarina yet, add it to your list! Come explore the community, check out the homes, test out the amenities, and let us know what you think!

We may be a little biased… but our newest playground critic has spoken! 🛝💙

🎉 HUGE congratulations to Germain, one of our Construction Managers at Sunset Crest, on receiving this well-deserved Core Value recognition!

I had the honor of writing Germain’s nomination, and I couldn’t be more excited to see him recognized! 👏

Germain brings an incredible energy to work every day. His excitement for his trades, homeowners, and the homes he helps build is truly contagious. 🏡

Beyond his construction expertise, Germain has also become a wonderful friend and someone I can always count on to answer my questions, share his knowledge, and help me better understand the construction side of what we do.

Germain, this recognition is SO deserved! We’re lucky to have you on our team, and I’m so proud to see you receive this recognition! 🙌

Help us congratulate Germain in the comments! 🎉👏

Ending the week with gratitude and full bellies! 💙

Yesterday, Germain, our Construction Manager in our community Sunset Crest, hosted a Vendor Appreciation event to thank the trades who work so hard behind the scenes to help us build beautiful homes.

I truly love being a part of these events because I’m passionate about showing appreciation. It’s so important for people to feel seen, valued, and appreciated for the work they do! 👏🏽

Building a home takes an ENTIRE team, and we couldn’t do what we do without the dedication, hard work, and craftsmanship of our trade partners. Every person plays an important role in the process, and we are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you!

Thank you for everything you do, for showing up every day, and for helping us bring these homes to life. We appreciate you more than you know! 🏡 💙

Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about the homes we build — it’s about the people who build them. And we are incredibly grateful to have such amazing people on our team.

Here’s to celebrating the people behind the work, recognizing the difference they make, and never taking their hard work for granted. Thank you for being such an important part of the Meritage Homes family! 🏡 💙

Sliding into the week like… 🕺

🐾🏡 Happy National Dog Day! 🏡🐾

If you ask most of us, a house isn’t truly a home without a dog in it! ❤️ At Meritage Homes, we love creating spaces where families can make memories—including the four-legged members who make a house feel like home. 🐶

Here’s to the muddy paws, happy zoomies, cozy naps, and unconditional love that make home even sweeter. 🐾❤️

Built for your family. Made for every member of it.

Guess who’s back?! 👋🏼

We are SO incredibly happy and lucky to have Ian back on our team! 🎉

Ian has already proven to be an incredible asset to our team, growing with us from Sales Intern → Part-Time SFA → now our very first Sales Associate! 🙌🏼

Today, while training Ian in his new role, I was reminded all over again why he fits so perfectly into our team. He brings a fresh perspective, a willingness to learn, and the drive to succeed—and we couldn’t be more excited to see what he accomplishes in this new chapter!

We are so thankful to have Ian back and can’t wait to see him thrive in this exciting new role.

Help us give Ian a HUGE welcome back! 👏🏼 Welcome back, Ian! We’re so happy you’re here! 💙
