Dani Wright, SARSEF Chief Programs Officer, has been awarded the Excellence in Science Fair Leadership Award from the Science Fair Director's Institute (SFDI). The award recognizes directors who consistently goes above and beyond in their role by demonstrating innovation in program development, strength in community and institutional partnerships, and a deep investment in student success.

Last week, SARSEF has the absolute pleasure of awarding Sonoran Science Academy Tucson with the SARSEF Endorsed School Award. A huge congratulations goes out to the teachers, caretakers, administrators, mentors, and staff that help make Sonoran Science Academy in Tucson an exemplary school in STEM education, culture, and equity.

The SARSEF Endorsed School Award is a three year designation awarded to exemplary schools in Arizona who show clear dedication to innovation, equity, and engagement in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education.
