Your drain is slow again.
Why does this keep happening?
If the same drain keeps slowing down, there’s probably more going on than what you can see at the drain opening.
A recurring clog can mean:
Buildup is still inside the pipe. A quick fix may get water flowing again without removing everything causing the restriction.
Debris keeps catching in the same spot. Grease, soap, hair, and other buildup can create a cycle of repeated clogs.
The blockage may be farther down the line. The issue isn’t always located where you notice the slow drainage.
There could be a plumbing issue behind the recurring clog. Persistent blockages can sometimes point to a problem with the drain line itself.
If you’ve already cleared the same drain more than once, don’t just keep treating the symptom. Find out why it keeps coming back.
