The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is at the forefront of our customer experience and is the representation of our company in our 3PL distribution environment. As a CSR you are the main voice and body between the customer and the warehouse operations. In this important role, the CSR acts as the point person for our customer and will handle all inquiries, process orders and field issues. Additionally, the CSR is the main source of information on what our customer expects, which will help in the direction of the daily work flow. The CSR will help initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any problems relating to product, process, and quality system. They also help in identifying and recording any problems relating to the product, process, and the quality system and provide recommendations for solutions to ensure that United Warehouse Company is meeting our customers’ expectations.
