Today we honored the life of Wayne Stanley.

Wayne was a trusted advisor to PEI for many years, but more importantly, he was a great friend and was loved by everyone who worked with him.

WAYNE ALLEN STANLEY
February 8, 1947 — May 7, 2026

Wayne Allen Stanley, 79, of Owasso, Oklahoma, passed away on May 7, 2026, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born to Monroe Stanley and Mary (McAfee) Stanley. Wayne proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps for 27 years. During his distinguished military career, he served as a Radar Intercept Officer flying the F4 Phantom for 23 years. Wayne was a Top Gun graduate and a Weapons and Tactical Instructor (WTI) for 17 years. His dedication, leadership, and service reflected his deep commitment to both his country and those he served alongside.In addition to his military accomplishments, Wayne earned two master’s degrees in economics. He enjoyed spending time on the golf course, especially at The Greens in Owasso, and was an avid reader of The Wall Street Journal, Tom Clancy novels, and W.E.B. Griffin novels. Wayne also found great joy in woodworking and working with his hands, always appreciating the value of craftsmanship and hard work.

Wayne is survived by his loving wife, Kay Stanley, of the home; his brother Bob Stanley and Sandi Stanley, of Chester Virginia; Brother Dave Stanley and Jill Stanley of Pryor, Oklahoma; Brother-in-law Bob Curry of Catoosa Oklahoma; and nephew, Robert Stanley and wife Stephanie of Vinita, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents, Monroe Stanley and Mary (McAfee) Stanley. Wayne will be remembered for his service, intelligence, strong work ethic, and the love he had for his family and country.

Open Positions:

➡️PROJECT ENGINEER
Responsible the engineering for custom pipeline equipment from RFQ through production. Review specifications, run calculations, develop Bills of Materials, prepare labor estimates, and translate customer requirements into fabrication drawings. Support the shop during production to ensure technical accuracy.

Requirements:
👉Strong knowledge of ASME, API, ANSI, and related codes
👉Proficiency in AutoCAD (SolidWorks preferred)
👉Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience
👉Ability to communicate effectively with customers, sales, and shop teams
👉PE license preferred

➡️ESTIMATOR / QUOTING ASSISTANT
Process customer RFQs and build complete quote packages including material pricing, specifications, and internal documentation needed for ex*****on. Work closely with vendors and project leads to compile pricing and maintain accurate quote records.

Requirements:
👉Experience with pipe fittings, flanges, and valves preferred
👉Strong Excel and computer skills
👉Experience in sourcing, purchasing, or vendor relations
👉Highly organized and detail-oriented
👉Ability to manage multiple deadlines

Open Positions:

➡️FITTER
Fit and assemble components according to fabrication drawings and customer specifications. Work alongside experienced fabricators positioning structural steel and pressure components.

Requirements:
👉 Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
👉Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
👉Strong work ethic and attention to detail
👉Experience preferred but not required

➡️ PIPE WELDER
Fabricate high-pressure steel piping systems and pipeline assemblies. Weld in flat, vertical, overhead, and 6G positions using SMAW, SAW, GMAW, and related processes.

Requirements:
👉Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and schematics
👉Experience welding to ASME and API 1104 standards
👉Ability to set up and operate welding equipment independently
👉Pride in workmanship and ability to work within a team

➡️HYDROSTATIC TESTING & ASSEMBLY
Perform hydrostatic pressure testing and assembly of pig launchers and receivers and related equipment prior to shipment.

Requirements:
👉Manufacturing, hydro, or assembly experience
👉Ability to read drawings and follow procedures
👉Comfortable using hand and air tools
👉Strong attention to detail
