Every team has someone who quietly raises the bar, and at AIMRIGHT, that person is Clem Ohman. As a Site Lead Technician, Clem brings precision and care to every job, but the way he works is a reflection of who he is outside of it. Guided by a deep faith, a steady set of values, and a family that keeps him grounded, Clem leads by example and treats every teammate and customer with the same integrity.

How long have you been with AIMRIGHT, and what's your current role?
I’ve been with AIMRIGHT for a little under two years, and I currently serve as a Site Lead. Looking back, it felt like a pretty natural fit.
What drew you to the company, and what's kept you here?
I’ve known Jeff (Coates, COO/Founder) and his family for years, and I already knew the values they stood for, especially when it came to family and faith. Those values really connected with me and made me feel like AIMRIGHT was somewhere I could belong and grow.
Tell me about your family — who's in it (spouse, kids, pets, etc.)?
Family is a huge part of who I am. My wife, Julia, and I have a pretty big family, and we wouldn’t have it any other way! We have Matteo, who is almost 1; Aaliyah, our “Peanut,” who is 3; Gean, who is 9; Blakely, who is 10; Malaysia, who is 11; Laia, our foreign exchange student from Spain, who is almost 16; Bristol, who is almost 18; Clem IV, who is 21; and Kylee, who is 22.
What's a typical weeknight or weekend like in your household?
With that many kids, there’s never a dull moment! Our family stays busy every day of the week with work, college, sports, and everything else life brings our way.
What's a family tradition or ritual that's important to you?
One thing we really enjoy doing together is serving in Kids Life at our church, Cedar Point. Sunday nights are also special in our house because we always make time for family dinner. With everyone going in different directions during the week, sitting down together is something we really value.
Has a specific benefit, policy, or moment of flexibility at AIMRIGHT made a real difference for your family?
With such a large family, things come up. Sometimes I have to take off quickly and in a hurry because something is going on with one of the kids or my family needs me. AIMRIGHT has always understood that and supported me. They truly believe in putting family first.
Any exciting family plans or milestones coming up (trips, birthdays, etc.)?
We make it a point to take a family vacation every year. This coming year, we’re headed to Sevierville, Tennessee, and we’re looking forward to some time together, making memories and probably creating a little bit of chaos along the way!
How has working at AIMRIGHT influenced your life?
Professionally, working for AIMRIGHT has been an amazing experience. I’ve had the opportunity to meet some incredible people and learn the construction business from the inside out and from the ground up. There are always opportunities to learn something new, grow your skills, and improve your craft.
What does the company culture mean to you?
It means a lot to me. I’m grateful for the people I get to work alongside, the opportunities AIMRIGHT has given me, and the chance to continue growing both professionally and personally. Being able to build a career while working for a company that shares the same values I have at home is something I don’t take for granted.
