We're excited to share we sponsored eight firefighters who support emergency response efforts at our Fauna, Greenville, and Glenpool tank farms to attend the week-long Williams Fire & Hazard Control Xtreme Industrial Fire & Hazard Training in College Station, Texas.

This premier training program provides industrial firefighting professionals with hands-on experience, live-fire scenarios, equipment training, and proven strategies developed from real-world responses to some of the world's largest industrial fires.

By investing in advanced training opportunities like this, we help ensure our emergency response partners have the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to protect our employees, communities, and facilities.

Thank you to these dedicated firefighters for their commitment to safety and supporting our critical infrastructure.

Here are some details about the camp:
Explorer Pipeline's Secure & Operate: Pipeline Technology Experience is an immersive hands-on lab experience focused on operational pipeline engineering and cybersecurity practices. Students program and operate a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) to manage a simulated tabletop tank farm setup. Participants execute product transfers between tanks using real relays and pumps, gaining practical exposure to pipeline operations.

Following the operational exercises, students explore cybersecurity vulnerabilities that impact pipeline systems. Students learn about cybersecurity threats and tactics that threaten pipeline and similar systems. Participants also engage in a capture the flag competition where they apply cybersecurity concepts by attempting to “Hack the Pipeline” in other student labs.

🐾It’s a Pawtastic Friday! 🐾

We’re excited to introduce our newest member of the Glenpool team – Doris!! Doris came to us as a stray, but it didn’t take her long to settle in at the Glenpool station!! Doris quickly made friends with her bright smile, wagging tail and positive attitude!

Her responsibilities include greeting employees and contractors, boosting morale, accepting well-deserved belly rubs, and ensuring everyone takes occasional breaks and stays safe during the summer heat!

Let’s give Doris a round of a-paws! Welcome to the team, Doris! 🦴💙🐾

Our summer interns wrapped up their first week by visiting our Glenpool field station, getting a firsthand look at operations, teamwork, and infrastructure that keep our pipeline moving safely and reliable every day.

From learning fundamentals of pipeline operations to connecting with experienced team members in the field, this first week has already been packed with valuable experiences!

We're excited to see our interns continue to learn, grow and contribute throughout the summer.
