Raúl just finished 180 feet of 8-foot tall cedar cap and trim fence. It's got 2 1/2-inch steel square posts set 3 feet deep. (Yes, we used 11-foot posts). The customer wanted to be able to see the side of the house while they were in the backyard with their children, so he built a Dutch door gate. Turned out really well.

Aaron Fence Company is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team!

💲 Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
📍 Location: Tulsa, OK (must be able to commute to 74107)
🕒 Job Type: Full-time

🔧 What You’ll Do:
Answer and direct phone calls
Greet customers and provide top-notch service
Prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain records
Schedule appointments and coordinate with teams
Keep files organized (both digital & physical)
Communicate with customers about projects, billing, and services
Support office and field staff with daily tasks
✅ What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Office/admin experience preferred (billing/invoicing is a plus!)
Fencing or construction industry experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
Experience with QuickBooks is a bonus
