Now Hiring: Qualified CMM Programmer / Operator
Are you an experienced CMM Programmer/Operator & Quality Inspector looking to take your career to the next level? We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections
• Operate, program, and maintain a Zeiss G2 5-Axis CMM
• Interpret blueprints and ensure compliance with engineering specifications
• Document inspection results and manage nonconforming products
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues
• Prioritize workload to keep production running smoothly
What You Bring:
• 2+ years of CMM operation & programming experience (Zeiss preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, Calypso, and CATIA annotation
• Experience with AS9100 quality systems
• Proficiency using standard measuring equipment and performing layout inspections
• Solid blueprint reading skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
