Look at this before and after 😁 I installed the mantle and fireplace doors with built-in screen doors begind the glass as well! the framed wall art just happened to be the finishing touch

This is what it looks like when someone isn't using the right glazing material and isn't properly trained on adhesion techniques. Unfortunately it will peel and flake in a short time.
