Why should you choose us above other contractors?

Reason #1:

Teardowns: we ensure that your house is properly prepped and sealed to make the trip down the road to its new location

Setups: we ensure everything is set to code and guarantee to pass 1st (aka block inspection)

Reason #2: a lot of potential homeowners are on a budget. We understand how costly it is put everything together, that's why we have chosen not to GC projects. If you need recommendations for work outside our scope we will assist you by providing referrals to those contractors. We are open to questions (no such thing as a stupid question) and are more than willing to answer what we can. No hidden fees, no extras.

We will coordinate with the other contractors to ensure a seamless process.

This has been a successful approach that has worked for everyone and we will continue to do so.

From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank everyone for making 2025 a wonderful year for us. We met some amazing people, forged great alliances, and have expanded our knowledge, networked with other contractors to create a seamless experience for our customers.

We are pretty good on all site prep, including septic. We also have someone for skirting, decks, and underbelly repair.

We are currently looking at networking with licensed electricians, plumbers, drywallers, flooring, and HVAC.

Today, we completed underbelly repairs on a doublewide mobile home!

The Xi2 Foundation System's unique design begins with a strong anchoring system that's driven into the ground. The piers support the home's weight, while tie-downs securely connect the home to the ground anchors, preventing lateral movement during an earthquake.

Here, we have the singlewide we tore down last week. Hughes Hauling came in and hauled it off to the new location, and yesterday we finished the install.

There are over 100 8x8x16 Blocks holding this home up on the pre poured concrete runners. It's secured with the Xi2 Foundation System (tie downs).
