Big progress today on our new pole barn build! 💪

The team got the poles set and ready to go. We’re using 6x6 posts, 14 feet long, set deep to create a strong foundation for the structure. A solid post frame is the backbone of any pole barn, and getting these set right is the first major step in the build.

Still a long way to go, but the groundwork is officially underway and the vision is starting to come together. Excited to keep pushing forward and show everyone the transformation as this 60x30 pole building takes shape.

Cold morning on the job site, sitting in the truck watching materials get delivered and getting ready to kick off another project. ❄️🚛

Today we’re starting a ground-up build on a 60’ x 30’ pole building that will be finished with metal roofing and metal siding. Projects like this are always exciting because you get to watch it go from an empty piece of ground to a fully standing structure in just a short time.

Pole buildings are a great option for shops, storage, equipment buildings, and even barndominiums because they’re strong, efficient to build, and extremely durable—especially when paired with a full metal exterior.

Over the next week we’ll be bringing this one to life from the posts in the ground all the way to the finished metal roof and siding, so stay tuned for progress photos as the structure starts going up.

We’re excited to be starting a new metal roofing project on this beautiful farmhouse in Utopia, Ohio. The home will be getting a full Performance Panel metal roofing system in the color Musket Brown, which is going to give this property a sharp, classic look while adding long-term durability and protection.

Farmhouses like this deserve materials that not only look great but also hold up for decades, and metal roofing is a great fit for that. The Musket Brown color will complement the character of the home while giving it a clean, refreshed appearance.

Final photos from a metal roof installation in Owensville, Ohio 🔨🏠

This one was a great transformation. A properly installed metal roofing system not only gives the home a clean, sharp look but also provides long-term durability and protection against the elements.

Big project kicking off in New Richmond, Ohio 🔨

Some friends of ours recently purchased a property that’s going to be a long journey to fully restore the house inside and out. We’re starting by stabilizing and improving the garage so the property can begin moving in the right direction.

So far we’ve:
• Fully insulated the garage walls
• Installed 6-mil v***r barrier
• Kilz sealed the floor to block staining and odors from the subfloor
• Added house wrap and new gutter boards on the exterior to help keep the structure protected and stable until proper siding can be installed

A lot more work ahead, but every big restoration starts with the first steps. Looking forward to bringing this place back to life. 💪🏽

Another one coming together! 🔨

This upstairs bathroom started completely gutted. From there we installed all new plumbing, a new subfloor, and framed the bathroom walls with a new door opening to start bringing the space back to life.

Always satisfying taking a project from bare bones and rebuilding it the right way. More progress to come! 💪
