Southern Heat Exchanger was proud to support Ascend Performance Materials today at their Ascend Cares Golf Tournament in Pensacola, Fl.

This week’s is a 85,000 LB Steam Condenser headed to another satisfied customer. This exchanger is made up of all stainless steel material and over 30 different connections!!

We love fabricating units that are a little out of the ordinary and this one was no exception. WELL DONE to our entire engineering, purchasing, fabrication, and QA/QC teams for getting this unit out the door EARLY with safety and efficiency!

This week’s is a 41,000 LB T-type bundle comprised of over 500 SA-213 T11 seamless boiler tubes with a pull through floating head.

We love doing bundle replacements at SHECO - especially when it’s going in a unit that already has a SHECO nameplate! We appreciate our customers that continue to come back to us with all of their heat exchanger needs!

Happy Monday!

Here is a sneak peek of our brand new shop and office facility in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

We fully expect our new layout in both the shop and office facilities to increase productivity and efficiency and continue to make us the in custom heat exchangers. A lot of time and planning have gone into perfecting this facility and we are counting down the days until move in!
