River bend
We were blessed with the opportunity to clean 2 river homes last week.
Our charge for cleaning a home this size is very reasonable for the amount of detail included in cleaning these properties.
Plant protection is always a priority. Especially in this case.
Windy conditions off the river and beautiful plants everywhere causes overspray to go any and everywhere.
Replacing plants, shrubs or sod greatly could cost hundreds or even thousands more than any profit gained. If the contractor is true to their word. Accepts responsibility and stands accountable for any damage.
We do! Ive lost thousands using a solution strong enough to kill the plant life on a roof.
Not knowing the gutters were leaking on shrubs before we could flush them. Or underground gutters leaking into a yard.
