Limestone County School System has three of eight turf fields complete, with two more under construction and three going out for bid in October.

Ward Scott Morris Architecture is proud to have partnered with LCSS for all eight. Artificial turf has come a long way in recent years, and this cooled turf system with zero rubber infill is the top of the line.

We are excited to welcome Tony Coleman to Ward Scott Morris Architecture! Tony is a registered architect and will assist in managing our Dothan office.

Tony graduated from Mississippi State University in 2020. He is an AIA member and a junior member of the MSU School of Architecture Advisory Board. His expertise, commitment to client service, and dedication to advancing his community will make him a valuable addition to our team.

After work, Tony either facilitates the local co-ed kickball as Marketing Director or spends time at home with his wife, Meagan, of 6 years tomorrow (Happy Anniversary!) and their 9-month-old son, Liam.

We were excited to join Southern Academy for the groundbreaking of its new academic addition in Greensboro!

The project will bring four new classrooms and a storm shelter to campus, providing additional space for students while enhancing campus safety.

We look forward to seeing this project take shape!

Over the summer, we had the opportunity to welcome two interns to Ward Scott Morris. We are thankful for the contributions they have made to our team.

Kaitlyn Puckett is a senior at the University of Alabama working towards her Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Sciences with a major in Interior Design. Kaitlyn is continuing to work with us through the fall, and we appreciate having her as part of our team.

Pace Maddox is a third-year Architecture student at Auburn University. It was a joy to have her with us over the summer, and she has the amazing opportunity to spend the fall semester of her third year at Rural Studio.

WSM firmly believes in investing in our future, and THEIRS.

We are excited to announce Anne Howell Corhern’s promotion to Associate Principal!

Anne earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Mississippi State University and is a registered architect in Alabama, an NCARB Certificate holder, and an AIA member.

Throughout her career, Anne has worked on projects across central Alabama, serving clients including the City of Tuscaloosa, St. Clair County Schools, and Lee County Schools.

Anne’s experience and dedication make her an important part of the WSM team. Please join us in congratulating her on this well-deserved promotion!
