It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Melvin Reynolds II, a valued employee of UBT, who departed this life on May 11, 2026.

Mr. Reynolds served as the Sewer Foreman in the Water/Wastewater Department and was employed with UBT from February 4, 2019, until his passing. Throughout his years of service, he demonstrated unwavering dedication, professionalism, and commitment to both the organization and the community we proudly serve.

On behalf of the entire UBT family, we extend our heartfelt condolences and prayers to the Reynolds family, friends, coworkers, and all who knew and loved him. Mr. Reynolds’ contributions and presence will be deeply missed, and his memory will remain a lasting part of our organization.
