Let's start this page off on the right foot.
Let's ignore OSHA requirements for a second. What is wrong with this picture? I love seeing memes like this with the caption of, "why women live longer than men." As an engineer I go straight into design mode. I'd say this ladder setup is better than a typical ladder. Rather than just relying on friction to stop the ladder from kicking out, this worker is using the railing which should be rated for 200 lbs minimum. I'd go on that ladder.
