Position: HVAC Residential Estimator/Outside Sales
Location: Twin Falls, ID
Shift: Monday – Friday 7am-5pm
Compensation: $38,000-$45,000 + Commissions

Position Type: Full-time
Job Description:
We specialize in retrofitting and new system installs. The residential estimator is responsible for driving new sales for the company in a professional manner by determining the needs of the customer and then providing solutions. Teaming with the office staff to maintain scheduling and following up with customers. Developing the project scope of work and seeing the job through to the end.
• Develop key customer relationships
• Establish a rapport to identify the right products and services for the customer
• Negotiate and close sales
• Instill confidence in the buyers by providing complete and accurate information regarding our products, services and pricing
• Knowledge of the market area and the individual customers’ needs
• Assist in developing sales plans that will allow for customer and market expansions
• Track all sales and submit sales reports by the given deadline
• Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:
• 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience
• Self-motivated and driven
• HVAC or Mechanical background (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently
• Computer use competency. Basic Microsoft Office, Word & Excel
• Integrity & leadership
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to multi-task and handle several projects at once
• Consistently dependable, reliable, and punctual
• Physically able to climb ladders, walk job sites
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn from others
