Serco's Southeast territory just got stronger.
We're excited to welcome Latner McDonald as our new Southeast Regional Sales Manager.
Latner brings over 30 years in equipment sales, spanning landscape and turf care equipment, heavy haul and tanker trailers, custom oilfield equipment, street sweepers, asphalt maintenance equipment, and structural steel fabrication for the pulp and paper industry. Twenty-four of those years were spent specifically in dealer management and territorial development, across both major conglomerates and private equity-backed companies.
What drew him to Serco: a parent company in GRYB pursuing real growth, an open Southeast territory to build, and a brand with genuine market equity as a frontline supplier across multiple industries.
He sums up his approach in one word: competitive. His first-year focus is direct — get in front of the dealer network and end-users across the Southeast, learn the product from the ground up, and become the go-to resource on buying trends in the territory.
Outside the job, Latner is an advanced open-water scuba diver, an avid outdoorsman, and a former college football player from Louisiana, so don't be surprised if game day or the best local fishing spot comes up in conversation.
