Stop by for a cup of coffee and conversation, meet members of the CLP Board of Directors and CLP staff, ask questions, hear what’s happening at your cooperative, and share what’s on your mind.

Minnesota’s Cold Weather Rule is in effect October 1 through April 30. While the rule does not prevent disconnection, it provides important protections for residential members who qualify.

If you are having difficulty paying your electric bill, please contact CLP. You may qualify for Cold Weather Rule protection by completing an Inability to Pay Form, meeting income guidelines, and establishing a payment agreement. CLP will also provide information about your rights and responsibilities, advance notice of a potential disconnection, and available energy assistance programs.

Don’t wait until your service is at risk. Contact CLP as soon as possible so we can discuss your options and help you avoid an interruption in service this winter.
