Under the direction of our Production Manager, the Production Supervisor will ensure our products are made with top-tier quality while maintaining efficiency and meeting customer requirements. This role is key in driving performance, supporting a positive culture, and keeping production running smoothly.
💼 What You’ll Do:
• Lead daily production activities with a focus on bending and paint line operations
• Interview, hire, train, and support team members
• Plan, assign, and direct work to meet production goals
• Evaluate performance and provide coaching, rewards, and corrective actions
• Address challenges, resolve issues, and maintain high-quality standards
• Ensure safety and company policies are followed at all times
🎨 Previous paint line experience is required.
